Niaimani Group Cleaning Services

1 Bookings & Deposit

  • A 50% upfront deposit is required to secure all bookings.
  • Remaining balance is due on the day of service after completion.
  • Same-day bookings depend on availability.

2 Service Scope

Services include the selected cleaning package. Extra tasks (fridge, oven, outside windows, carpet shampoo, laundry, etc.) are billed separately.

3 Access to Property

Clients must provide safe and timely access. If access is delayed by more than 20 minutes, a call-out fee may apply.

4 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations under 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
  • The 50% deposit is non-refundable, but can be used once for a rescheduled booking.

5 Pricing Adjustments

Quotes are based on information provided. If the job is larger or takes more time than described, the price may be adjusted.

6 Health & Safety

Our team does not handle hazardous waste, mould, infestations, or any bio-risk materials.

7 Damages & Liability

Report concerns within 24 hours. Niaimani Group is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Fragile or loose items
  • Wear-and-tear issues
  • Discoloration from age or previous products

8 Client Responsibilities

Please secure pets, store valuables, and inform us of delicate surfaces (marble, granite, real wood floors, etc.).

9 Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're unhappy with any area, notify us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean at no extra cost.

10 Confidentiality

All client information and property details are kept private and confidential.
